Designing how people enter, feel, connect, and remember.
We design experiences through narrative, movement, interaction, atmosphere, and memory.
We help brands, spaces, and projects build a narrative that can be entered — not merely observed. A world with its own logic, atmosphere, and emotional register. Something people step into, and carry with them when they leave.
From first impression to final memory — we redesign every touchpoint along a user's experience. The moment of discovery, the first contact, the quality of response, the texture of participation. We find the fractures people cannot articulate, but quietly leave because of.
We design how people enter, pause, move, interact, and look within a space. Architecture is the starting condition — but the real material is behaviour. How a room makes someone want to stay. How a threshold changes the quality of attention.
We design the conditions for connection — between people, between bodies, between strangers who briefly share the same room. Social atmosphere, interactive rhythm, rituals of participation, and the shared memory that forms when a group experiences something together.
What people truly remember is rarely the content. It is an emotion, a pause, a quality of light, a relationship, a moment of presence that cannot be fully explained. Atmosphere is not decoration — it is the medium through which memory is made.
A multi-sensory art exhibition in Chengdu — where seven international artists created an environment asking visitors to leave the logic of productivity behind and return to a more elemental form of attention.
Organised by ASFAC (中法当代艺术协会) and DNβ International Digital Nomad Centre, the exhibition brought together artists from France, New Zealand, Greece, and China — each working across different sensory registers. The shared question was not conceptual but bodily: what does it mean to truly inhabit a space?
Bunnytopia Art Space in Wuhou District was chosen for its quality of enclosure — a series of intimate rooms that allowed the exhibition to unfold as a sequence of distinct atmospheres rather than a single hall. The space already had a forest feeling; the artists built inward from there.
The curatorial structure was built around spatial sequencing: Bunnytopia's rooms opened onto a planted courtyard, creating a natural rhythm of contraction and expansion. Some artists placed their work in the most intimate corners; others let it spill into transitional spaces. The effect was a porous boundary between art and atmosphere.
The opening ceremony on May 1st was structured as its own experience — artist introductions, performance art presentation, and open viewing arranged so that encounter preceded interpretation. The artists chose not to explain their work verbally. The space did the explaining.
Daily healing workshops in the late afternoons invited visitors to move from observation into participation — extending the experience from the visual into the somatic. Seven artists, four nationalities, one spatial logic.
Beyond events and spaces — experience exists across every touchpoint.
Every person who encounters a cultural project moves through a sequence of moments — before arrival, at the threshold, during participation, in the aftermath. Each of these moments is a design decision, whether or not it has been treated as one.
For 内境森林, the experience did not begin when visitors entered the gallery. It began with the first image encountered, the quality of invitation, the texture of communication — and continued long after they left.

Seven artists. Five days. One space in Chengdu that briefly became somewhere else entirely.
内境森林 brought together an unusually diverse group of practices — abstract painting (Frédéric Léglise), large-scale figurative work (Roger Mortimer), photography-based installations (Sophy Qi), video art (Sun Sun), printmaking (Lyuyue Qiu), and healing-oriented performance (JoJo) — held in a single space without hierarchy.
The collaboration between ASFAC and DNβ connected Chengdu's creative community with its growing digital nomad population — two groups that rarely share the same room. The exhibition became a point of encounter between them, with art functioning less as spectacle and more as common ground.
What sustained the experience across five days was not marketing, but design — spatial, social, and programmatic decisions that made the space feel worth returning to. The long-term memory effect was not planned for; it was the result of getting the atmosphere right.
